SUNGHAE ANNA LIM

A native of Honolulu, Hawaii, violinist Sunghae Anna Lim has performed throughout the United States, Europe and Asia in her many capacities as chamber musician, soloist and orchestral player. She is a founding member of the Laurel Piano Trio, praised by the New York Times for their “lustrous tone and unerring interpretive intelligence”. A keen advocate for new music, she is the violinist of the New Millenium Ensemble, winner of the l995 Naumberg Chamber Music Award. She received a BA from Harvard University and completed her Diplom at the Mozarteum in Salzburg as a student of Sandor Vegh. She currently teaches violin at Princeton University.
